Open SpeakSmart AI → Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently and immediately deletes your account, profile, CV, every practice session, transcript, report, and progress record. There's no waiting period and nothing further to do.
This action cannot be undone — there's no recovery period once you confirm.
Lost access to your device, uninstalled the app, or just prefer email? Fill in the form below (or email us directly) and we'll verify and delete your account manually.
This opens your email client with a pre-filled message to privacy@speaksmartai.app. Prefer to write it yourself? Email us directly at privacy@speaksmartai.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address on your account.
We confirm the request came from the email address on the account (we may reply asking you to confirm from that same address, to prevent someone else from deleting your data).
Your account, profile, CV, practice sessions, transcripts, reports, and progress history are permanently deleted — typically within a few business days, and no later than 30 days from a verified request.
Once deletion is complete, we send a confirmation to the email address on file.
If you have an active Google Play or web subscription, deleting your account stops the app from working for you, but it does not automatically stop billing. Cancel your subscription separately via the Google Play Store (Play Store app → Subscriptions) or our billing portal (Settings → Manage Subscription) before or after requesting deletion, to make sure you're not charged again.
